The project involved a 3 story structure, which is attached to an existing Alumni Center. As the Mechanical Contractor, we coordinated the Sheet Metal, Controls, Insulation, and Plumbing portions of the project.  The site was very challenging in that it was extremely small and located between existing buildings. This was a "LEEDS SILVER" project. The owner employed Commissioning agent was on site to inspect our work and document the equipment and testing procedures.
