Project Title: Tass Barracks - Utah Air National Guard

This project consisted of two buildings.  The Billeting was the housing facility for the reservists.  It was a two story structure.  The services for the rooms ran in a central corridor.  We struggled with getting all Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection and Electrical in a very tight space.  It required detailed coordination.

The second building was an Administration structure.  This one had two floors with a large drill hall.  We provided all Plumbing, HVAC, Controls, Insulation and required Equipment.

We ran 3,000' of underground natural gas for the new buildings.  These two buildings were erected concurrently, which required man power for each one.  The State of Utah employed a commissioning agent, which we worked with throughout the entire project.
