This project was a 3 story Laboratory. The unique features of this building were many and varied. We installed the acid waste system and equipment. We ran the vacuum lines, DI water, Lab air, Natural gas lines along with the necessary support equipment. The Plumbing system which, included the Domestic Hot and Cold water, sanitary waste and vent, the Heating water system, chilled water system, and all associated equipment such as cooling tower ,chiller, boilers, water softener and pumps.   We coordinated the HVAC, Insulation and controls with our subcontractors.
