Kozco's Key Personnel

Kelvin Caldwell - (President of Kozco) Kel has been in the plumbing industry for the past 35 years.  His experience is vast.  He is in control of all projects from the tedious to our largest. He is in directly involved in the control of the company and is active in the Project Management along with scheduling. His knowledge in the Mechanical Contractor business is paramount to the success of Kozco.   

Janice Hoggan - (Vice President and Treasurer) Janice has been in the accounting field for the past 23 years and has focused on the construction industry for the past seventeen.  She began working for Kozco in 1995 as the comptroller.  Her knowledge, dedication, leadership and keen business sense has advanced her to become the Vice President, Treasurer and a Board of Director.      

Paul M. Pitcher (Project Manager/Estimator) Beginning as a laborer and moving up through the various positions including apprentice, journeyman, foreman, superintendent, estimator and project manager, Paul has a tremendous background in the plumbing/mechanical field.  Paul oversees estimating and some project coordination.  

Mike Helms - (Site Superintendent) Mike has worked for Kozco for the past 25 years.  He is a team leader with a strong focus on the project at hand.  Mike is an excellent superintendent and understands the value communication and a project that runs on schedule. He began his career at Kozco as a welder and has worked his way to a Site Superintendent. Mike has proven himself to be an asset to our team.  He is also certified welder and completed countless projects ranging in all sizes for Kozco.  He is currently in charge of all projects at Hill Air Force Base, UT.

Rick Stoeckl - (Project Manager/Estimator) Rick has worked in Plumbing and Mechanical piping for the past 30 plus years in various positions including apprentice, journeyman, master journeyman, foreman, project management and estimating.  He has worked on commercial and Industrial project ranging up to $5 million.      

Dale Shipley is a Journeyman Plumber and Job Foreman for Kozco.  He began his plumbing apprenticeship with Kozco in 1994 and received his journeyman plumber's license in 1997 and is currently a Master Plumber.   Dale moved through the ranks of Kozco demonstrating leadership qualities, organizational skills and quality workmanship.  He has been the foreman for several completed Federal projects ranging up to $ 1.8 million and has currently completed the ICBM project at Hill Air Force Base. 

Dennis Campbell (Job Foreman) Dennis has worked for Kozco and been a loyal employee since 2002. He has been in the plumbing business since 1988, has been a journeyman plumber since 1997 and is now a master plumber.  His ability to communicate effectively with other trades and general contractors is instrumental in completing a job efficiently with the quality only a professional with his experience can accomplish.  He is a hard worker with a keen eye for detail.  He is able to create a positive work environment for his co-workers and increase productivity with his leadership skills.  Dennis has set high expectations for himself which can be seen through the quality and detailed craftsmanship of his work. He is a man of integrity, dedication to his job and a vital part of the Kozco team.   

Nick Caldwell is a Master Plumber and has been working for Kozco for the past 14 years.  Nick started his apprenticeship with Kozco in 1995 and received his journeyman's license in 1999.  Nick also received his certification in medical gas and gas piping along with his CDL license to operate heavy machinery.  He has been a foreman for 5 years and worked at many project sites ranging from Utah, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona and Colorado.  Nick has made himself an asset to the company and is a great team player.
