Kozco's Subcontracted portion of the work was to install all services to support the propellant lab such as: DWV, Waters, Pure water, Vacuum, Compressed air, Liquid Nitrogen system, Controls, HVAC, Heat, and Air conditioning. The quality assurance program was very stringent and required extra care and attention to details. The building was located in a high security area and required thorough back ground checks for all of our employees. 

There were 2 separate buildings on this contract. An Administration/office complex, and the actual Lab were in process concurrently.
