This facility was built on a postage size lot. There was scarcely room for a pickup truck.  It had a large amount of in-floor heating. There were many items that we would normally see in a Hospital. It is a Hospital for Animals. There were several pools for therapy and observation. There was a truck bay for animal transportation. We ran a stainless steel system for oxygen usage. The building was heated by hot water and RTU's. This is a "LEEDS" Silver project.
