This Design Build project required input and coordination from all team members.  The Mechanical Engineer has been consulting with Kozco on the scope, materials, equipment and planning.

The existing facility will be gutted and rebuilt.  It will be brought up to current seismic codes as well as base standards.  We will be installing the Plumbing, Heating and Insulation for this project.   There are a total of 24 dorm units.  These have kitchens, two bedrooms, living rooms and bathrooms.  Each unit is heated and cooled independently.
