This project was a design build project. We participated in the development of the plans, specs and contract documents as partners on the design team. We had input throughout the design process. 

The building has shop space for repair and testing of components. There are office spaces as well. Along with the Plumbing, we furnished and installed the compressed air system. The relocation of steam and condensate lines was also required.
