WHO WE AREKozco Mechanical, Inc. is a Mechanical contracting firm which was formed in 1982 by Kelvin C. Caldwell and Duane E. Ozmun. In 1999, Kelvin Caldwell purchased all the stockholder shares from Duane and is currently the President and sole stockholder of the Corporation. For the past twenty years, Kozco has been involved primarily in the commercial and industrial portion of the mechanical contracting industry focusing on hydronic heating and cooling as well as industrial piping. For the past twelve years, Kozco has been working consistently in the design/build arena of the contracting business which currently constitutes approximately one half of our total annual revenue. The majority of which has been done at Hill Air Force Base.
